Though our "summer" has looked a little different in the Southern Hemisphere (for one, we are still in school!) these past couple of months have been filled with many blessings, lessons and adventures. We've enjoyed the company of friends, hiked mountains, made rock ovens, eaten lots of potatoes, celebrated important holidays--Inti Raymi and San Pedro, San Pablo, danced and harvested quinoa.
